OFFICIAL NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

Annual Membership Meeting

Sunday, March 1, 2026

In-Person at 4080 E. Russell Road, Las Vegas

Call to Order will be at 11:30 AM Pacific Time

Dear Member,

We invite all Members to the Annual Meeting of the Membership of Center for Spiritual Living, Greater Las Vegas, and we welcome your active participation as a member. The agenda for the meeting includes “State of the Center” and financial status messages from the Leadership Council, Rev. Laura, and staff, election of new Leadership Council members, and a look ahead at the vision for 2026.

 

The Annual Meeting will be held in person in our Sanctuary at 4080 E. Russell Rd, Las Vegas, NV from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Please let us know if your contact information has changed recently, or if you no longer wish to be a Member of CSLGLV. Submit those changes or rescind your membership in writing to admin@cslglv.org.

The 2025 minutes and instructions to submit proposed changes will be provided for your review in the coming week. The slate of Leadership Council candidates will be announced via email, on our website, and during Sunday service announcements prior to the Annual Meeting.

Per the CSLGLV Bylaws, absentee voting is allowed for Leadership Council candidate voting only. As that rule dictates, if there are “valid reasons” for missing the Annual Meeting. If any of these reasons apply to you, email council@cslglv.org to request an absentee ballot and instructions for completing and returning the ballot:

 

  1. Scheduled to work

  2. Planned vacation or other travel out of town

  3. Medical procedure and/or recuperation

 

The ballot must be received by the council no later than Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time in order to be valid for the election.

We appreciate your participation at Center for Spiritual Living Greater Las Vegas, and we invite you to exercise your membership rights and privileges. As always, we affirm Divine Right Action and richest blessings for you in all areas of your life.

Aurelia Barney

Aurelia Barney retired after 50 years as professional registered nurse in Ohio. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Education. She served on many professional boards throughout her career.

Aurelia has been an active member of several New Thought Centers as well as serving in leadership with these organizations. Included in these Centers are Living Truth Study Group where she served on the Board of Directors, Gateway to Truth Center, and Agape Renaissance Spiritual Center.

Aurelia is the proud mom of 2 daughters: Michelle Barrett and Andrea Grayer and the beloved grandmother of four delightful children.

Mearlon Hart, LSP

Mearlon Hart retired from the Clark County School District-Vegas PBS in 2025 after 33 years of heartfelt and dedicated service as a Programming Manager. Throughout her career, she remained deeply committed to education, community engagement, and meaningful connections.

In 2020, Mearlon became a Licensed Practitioner for CSLGLV, marking a powerful new chapter in her spiritual journey. This experience awakened a deeper vision for her life and a stronger understanding of her true purpose. Mearlon views each season of her life as guided by Creative Power, which reflects a divine purpose. Her path is centered on being spiritually grounded, compassionate, loving, and committed to service.

In 2022, she was invited to serve on the CSLGLV Leadership Council as Secretary, affirming her growing role in spiritual leadership. This opportunity allowed her to work closely with the heart of the center’s mission and vision. She embraced the responsibility with grace, integrity, and devotion.

Today, she continues to serve with gratitude, authenticity, and a deep love for her spiritual community.
