What is affirmative prayer?
Affirmative-Prayer (also known as Spiritual Mind Treatment) is a five-step prayer that affirms that God is all there is, that we are one with God, and that all that God is is ours/us. This differs from traditional prayer as we do not ask for things or for things to change. We know that all is done as we believe and the Divine presence of Spirit is everywhere and in every thing, including us. There is a Law that always says 'Yes' to our words and affirmative prayer is what brings your spiritual truth into physical form.

1. RECOGNITION - GOD IS ALL THERE IS
Recognizing God as the Oneness, the Wholeness, and acknowledging that there is nothing anywhere that is not that Divine Presence of Spirit.
2. UNIFICATION - I AM ONE WITH GOD
After recognizing God as all there is, unify yourself with it. All that God is, I am. I am inseparably One at the Source with the Infinite Presence and Power. I express my deep knowledge that God in me, as me, is me.
3. REALIZATION - I AFFIRM AND ACCEPT
Already knowing that you are part of God, now realize without a doubt that the good you desire to experience is already yours and is being manifested through the perfect action of Law. Be open and ready to receive.
4. THANKSGIVING - I GIVE THANKS
Having clearly expressed and affirmed what you want to experience, you thankfully accept that the good is yours right now! Accept and give thanks with an outpouring of gratitude.
5. RELEASE - LET GO
After thankfully accepting your good as already here, you release your prayer to the Universe and, in the process of release, you free yourself and allow the Law to work! Anchor your prayer with the words...
"AND SO IT IS!"
